We believe this prayer is meant to be lived—personally, organizationally, and daily. God is the owner of all things. When leaders align their hearts and work with Him, they gain access to His wisdom, His peace, and His provision.

Adore
At the heart of everything is a leader who is deeply loved by God — not because of what they have built or decided or produced, but simply because they are His. Adore is the practice of returning to that truth daily — resting in His love, seeking His presence, and allowing relationship with Him to be the foundation everything else is built upon.
Align
Align — Through discernment-centered prayer, leaders invite God into decisions, strategy, and planning — integrating faith and work under His lordship. God has a perspective on every decision a leader faces — and prayer is how we access it. Align is the practice of bringing the Lord into the room before the meeting begins.
Abide
Abide — Leaders step out in bold obedience, trusting God with the results. This is where faith and action intersect — in the decisions made, the direction taken, and the willingness to follow where God is leading. Abiding produces what only He can bring forth: peace that defies circumstances, breakthroughs that could not have been engineered, and a way forward no strategy could have planned.
We do not replace God’s leadership—we help leaders recognize and respond to it.
