Ministry Overview
Iron Sharpens walks alongside Christian leaders who desire to move from being Christian-led to being Lord-led.
We believe prayer is not an accessory to leadership — it is the place where leadership begins. Our work is rooted in the conviction that God has a plan and purpose for every organization, and that it is possible to partner with Him in prayer to discern His will — for His Kingdom to come and His will to be done in and through the leader, the staff, and the organization.
Our Conviction
Many Christian leaders love the Lord sincerely, yet lead through skill and human wisdom rather than daily discernment. Iron Sharpens exists to help leaders re-order their leadership around the Lord's direction — not as a correction, but as an invitation into something deeper. We believe God desires to lead organizations directly — not merely bless human plans.
What We Do
A structured, Spirit-led journey of prayer, discernment, and formation. We do not offer formulas, programs, or guarantees. We offer presence, prayer, and discernment.

How We Are Different
Iron Sharpens is not traditional consulting. We do not diagnose problems and prescribe solutions. We walk with leaders to anchor their leadership in daily, prayerful dependence on the Lord — trusting Him with both direction and results.

Walking into biblical rhythms of adoration, listening, and surrender
Allowing prayer to shape how decisions are brought before the Lord
